You must manually click on each disconnected application. Citrix StoreFront 3.12 to Citrix StoreFront 3.15 and Google Chrome.
An Active Directory account which is locked out can still access StoreFront if the site is setup using Web API/SDK. If the user tries to access StoreFront 30 minutes after the account is locked out, they are unable to log on. This happens because StoreFront caches user tokens in order to reduce the amount of requests sent to Active Directory. Try adding a "UserTokenTTL" DWORD to StoreFront with a value of "1" and restart IIS. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208901
You receive error "Cannot complete your request from external Access Gateway" and Event ID 7 is logged on StoreFront with error "The authentication protocols could not be enumerated". This is a known issue in StoreFront 2.1, restart the "Credential Wallet" service. Citrix StoreFront 2.1. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX220096
During a StoreFront upgrade manual changes to the default.ica file are lost. This is expected as when StoreFront is upgraded files get deleted and recreated. You need to manually take a backup of any modified files before upgrading. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX226419
The Desktop Viewer Toolbar is not available when launching virtual desktops using Receiver 3.1 and StoreFront Services 1.0. The Desktop Viewer Toolbar is not enabled by default in a StoreFront Services store. Open web.config on StoreFront and set 'showDesktopViewer="True"'. In newer versions of StoreFront this can be done via the StoreFront GUI. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX131863

Within the StoreFront console you receive error "An error occured during the compilation of a resource required to service this request" and "System.Drawing.dll could not be opened". A few folders and files may be missing from the wwwroot folder on StoreFront. Cope the missing items from a working StoreFront server including the "System.Drawing.dll" file and then run an iisreset. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX220273
When upgrading StoreFront from 3.5 to 3.6 you receive error "An error occurred creating the snapshot" and "The system cannot find the file specified". Open "Citrix.DeliveryServices.ProtocolTransition.ServiceHost.exe.config" on your StoreFront server and change the version from "3.0.0.0" to "3.5.0.0". Citrix StoreFront 3.5. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX223608

Stop the "Citrix StoreFront Subscriptions Store Service", delete the present .edb file from affected subscription store folder and start Subscriptions Store Service which creates a new database. Citrix StoreFront 3.0. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX222649
When you log off StoreFront by clicking the logoff button your session does not log off. You can modify the web.config file in StoreFront specifically setting logoffAction="terminate". In newer versions of StoreFront you can use the StoreFront console to configure what happens when users click the logoff button. Citrix StoreFront 3.0. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX215498

When attempting to connect to StoreFront users receive "Unable to connect to XenApp server". The users run "AVG Web Protection" on their client devices. AVG Web Protection was changing the StoreFront certificate issuer to AVG instead of the actual StoreFront issuer. Configure an exception in AVG to exclude the StoreFront site. AVG Web Protection. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX221785
An upgrade of StoreFront 2.0, 2.1, 2.5 or 2.5.2 to StoreFront 3.9 is not supported. Upgrade to a supported version and then to StoreFront 3.9. Citrix StoreFront 2.0 to 2.5.2.

Edit the "style.css" file on StoreFront as explained in the CTX article. Citrix StoreFront 3.0 https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX227384
When "Domain pass-through" is enabled as an authentication method on StoreFront, Event Log logs ID 2100 "The Citrix Broker Service failed to validate a user's credentials on an XML service. Verify the trust relationship between your domains". You have to allow requests sent to the Delivery Controller(s) XML Service port to be trusted. Open PowerShell on your Delivery Controller and run "asnp citrix.*" followed by "Set-BrokerSite -TrustRequestsSentToTheXmlServicePort $true". https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX215015
When connecting to a XenApp 7.6 site you receive error "Windows cannot find CtxMTHost.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again". On each VDA, add a "CtxMTHost.exe" key to "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\" and in the "(Default)" value enter "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\System32\CtxMtHost.exe". Citrix XenApp 7.6. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX203834
When launching a published application you receive error "The Citrix server is unable to process your request to start this published application at this time. Please try again later". Luanching a published desktop works fine. Make sure REG_SZ "DllName" has a value of "seamls20.dll" and REG_SZ "NotifyEvent" has a value of "WfShellTwiNotify". https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX220593
Application enumeration fails when StoreFront is configured with SAML authentication. Recreate the ADFS Relying Party Trust. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX227804
When StoreFront is configured with SAML authentication and you limit visibility of applications to a Security Group, the applications do not enumerate. When user is explicitly added to "Limit Visibility", enumeration works. On StoreFront set DWORD "CacheS4UTickets" to "0" under "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters". https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX227760
Services such as the "Citrix Peer Resolution Service" fail to start. This is caused by StoreFront servers being installed in different languages. Since all servers are in a group, propagation may overwrite files in one language to a StoreFront server using a different language. As a result, configuration fails and services fail to start. Follow the CTX article for a fix. Citrix StoreFront 3.12. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX227752
When Resource Aggregation is enabled, Session Sharing does not work. An upgrade to StoreFront 3.5 resolved this issue. Citrix StoreFront 3.0. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX207526
StoreFront refuses to accept any new connections and in Event Log you see Event ID 4231 "Request to allocate an ephemeral port number from the global TCP port space has failed due to all such ports being in use". Disable Socket pooling or else periodically recycle the Citrix Delivery Services Application Pool in IIS. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX227903
When creating a new Store you receive error "An error occurred when running the command: 'Install-DSStoreService2'". In this case a Store was attempting to be created using a name of a previously deleted Store. The old Store had still some information within configuration files and the Subscription Store. Follow the CTX article to remove old remnants of the Store. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX228134
Connecting to Receiver for Web returns error "Cannot complete your request" or "Cannot connect to server" when connecting from Citrix Receiver client. Make sure the "Citrix Default Domain Services" service is set with a Startup Type of "Automatic Delayed Start" and the service is running. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX229161
When creating a Store you receive error "An error ocurred during the Create Store Wizard. Please check the log in Event Viewer and try again". Open IIS and remove any unresolvable value in the "Host name" field for the Default Web Site HTTP or HTTPS bindings. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX230663
After servers are joined to a Server Group you cannot propagate changes to them. This happens when the synchronization certificate does not have the same thumbprint as the working StoreFront servers. Citrix StoreFront 3.0. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX231663
After upgrading to StoreFront 7.6 CU1 and accesing NetScaler Gateway you receive message "ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED" on Chrome and other errors on Edge, Firefox etc. A WireShark trace shows an error regarding "Decompression failed". Disable "Dynamic content compression" on IIS which is installed and enabled as part of the CU2 install. Citrix StoreFront 7.6 CU3. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX229313
When logging on to Receiver for Web you receive error "You cannot logon to the specified server". This happens if your user account has been restricted to only being allowed to log on to specific PCs using the "Log On To" setting in Active Directory.
The StoreFront management console fails to open after an upgrade from StoreFront 3.12 to 3.12.1000 (LTSR 7.15 CU1) or after a clean installation of 3.12.1000 and you receive error "MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly". The PowerShell code in this version of StoreFront is signed with a different certificate so you must trust the Root CA that issued it. There are two new root certificates for the signature and the countersignature. In some environments, these root certificates are not installed automatically which causes the behaviour as the PowerShell code signature cannot be verified. Citrix StoreFront 3.12.1000. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX233206
When accessing an unauthenticated Store, you receive message "There are no apps or desktops available to you at this time". Set the Delivery Controller transport type to HTTP, make sure "Allow only unauthenticated (anonymous) users to access this store" is checked and "Give access to unauthenticated (anonymous) users; no credentials are required to access StoreFront" is checked. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX233380
When you attempt to propagate changes to a StoreFront server group you receive error "Propagation failed on one or more servers". Event Log shows error ID "31" and "1" with message "An error has occurred during the all server configuration update process" or "An error occurred running the command: 'Get-DSClusterConfigurationUpdateState'" This can occur if the "Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service" is not running. This service should be set with a "Startup Type" as "Automatic". https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX233449
Single sign-on from Microsoft Edge browsers does not work. Edit "web.config" on the StoreFront server and remove "(?!.*Edge)" from the "" section as described in the CTX article. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX221464
When StoreFront has an underscore in the FQDN and you are configuring the StoreFront Base URL, you receive a "Server not found" error. A limitation in the DNS characters allowed by Windows DNS services dictates that the underscore cannot be used in a URL. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX235099
You can not log on to StoreFront using Smartcard authentication after an upgrade of your Domain Controller to Windows Server 2016. On the Domain Controller set DWORD "UseSubjectAltName" to "0" under "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Kdc" and set the same value on the client under "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters". This fix can be applied for now until Server 2016 receives a code change from Microsoft in the future. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX235268
The "Change Citrix Receiver" option is not available from Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers so users cannot switch from HTML5 to Receiver Lite. On StoreFront take a copy of "ctxs.core.min_xxx.js" and then edit the original file as explained in the CTX article. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX233144
If StoreFront was originally installed using the executable from the installation media, StoreFront does not appear as eligible for upgrade if you use the full product installer of a later version. As a workaround, upgrade StoreFront again using the executable from the installation media.
When using "Website Shortcuts" and trying to launch a shortcut you receive error "Cannot complete your request". Make sure you enter a website URL to enable Website Shortcuts. Also make sure you propagate any changes to your Server Group.

When joining a second server to a Server Group you receive error "There was a problem connecting to the authorizing server. Verify the server name and try again". Enabling the auditing of logon events then looking in the Security Event Log shows Event ID "4625", "The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this machine". The "Access this computer from the network" policy was changed to include groups "Everyone", "Administrators", "Users" and "Backup Operators" which is required at a minimum. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX236738
When you log on to StoreFront you do not see any published resources and the StoreFront Event Log shows error "An error occurred while attempting to connect to the server on port 443. Verify that the Citrix XML Service is running and is using the correct port". This issue can occur if the Delivery Controller is not configured correctly for secure XML communication. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX237094
When launching a published application or desktop from the Start Menu you receive error "Could not start app. There was a problem contacting XenApp". Make sure your machine can contact StoreFront. In this example, a proxy server configured in Internet Explorer was blocking communication.
When launching an application you receive error "failed to launch the resource 'appname' as it was not found". On StoreFront, remove any spaces and/or periods from the Delivery Controllers farm name under "Manage Delivery Controllers" in StoreFront. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX237672
You are unable to start any of the Citrix StoreFront services. Check if the "NetTcpPortSharing" service is enabled and started. Citrix StoreFront 3.12. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX237809
Upgrading StoreFront 3.5 to 3.15 fails with message "Citrix StoreFront 3.15.0.18019 failed". Follow the steps from the CTX article to upgrade first to 3.14, run a script and then upgrade to 3.15. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX237189

StoreFront propagation fails and the Event Log shows error "An error occurred when starting the 'WAS' Windows service". The "W3C Logging service" service was not started due to KB4338815 being installed. After this update was removed, the service could be started and propagation was successful. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX238258
You cannot browse to the Self-Service Password Reset URL. This is by design. The SSPR URL is not browsable, and only consumed by StoreFront via APIs. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX238260
When configuring Self-Service Password Reset, when clicking "Create" on the last page of the "User Configuration" section you receive error "Cannot access your server address". Add a "SkipConnectionTesting" string to "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\MetaFrame Password Manager". https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX238344
Two servers from four in a Server Group have considerably larger IIS log files. StoreFront was load balanced by NetScaler, and two of the servers received double the traffic which would explain why log files are larger. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX238425
When connecting to Receiver for Web you receive error "Cannot complete your request". There can be multiple reasons for this error message such as misconfiguration of IIS and StoreFront. See the CTX article for some. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX238964
When using the Transformer feature from Workspace Environment Management, trying to start an application results in a script error popup box appearing. Changing StoreFront store option "Deployment option" to "Install locally" under "Deploy Citrix Receiver" resolved the issue. https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/399155-transformer-script-failure/

When using StoreFront 1811, some thin clients that run Internet Explorer 11 cannot load the Receiver for Web page. A spinning wheel appears but the logon page never shows.
Server join fails. Adding a firewall rule to allow TCP port 808 for Citrix Delivery Services worked. Citrix StoreFront 1811. https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/400836-storefront-join-server-group-failed-on-server-2016/
Self-Service Password Reset enrolment fails with error 'The supplied password is invalid'. Rebuilding the server and installing SSPR 1.0 worked. https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/401658-the-supplied-password-is-invalid-sspr/
A XenApp 5 application no longer appears in StoreFront and Event Logs show error "An error of type IMAG with an error ID of 0x0000001 was reported from the Citrix IML Service at address http://sername:8080/scripts/wpnbr.dll" and "All the Citrix XML Services configured for farm 'FarmName' failed to response to this XML Service transaction". Citrix StoreFront 1906. https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/403611-1906-upgrade-error/
Subscription propagation between members of a StoreFront Server group fails when TLS 1.0 is disabled in Windows and Windows Server is using .NET 4.5 Framework server. By default .NET 4.5 uses TLS 1.0 only. A workaround for this issue is to upgrade .NET Framework on the server to 4.7 or later, which uses TLS 1.2 by default.
When joining a server to a Server Group, you receive error "An error occurred running the command Add-DSFeatureInstances". This can happen when the server was previously used as a StoreFront server, and some empty directories from old removed stores still exist under "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix". https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX214238
Propagating changes to a second server fails with Event Viewer on the second server reporting "An error occurred running the command: 'Add-DSFeatureInstances' ElementAlreadyExists". Refer to the StoreFront log files under "C:\Program Files\Citrix\Receiver StoreFront\Admin\logs" and look for references to "web.merge.config". Take note of the location of the file and rename it to .old. Retry propagation.

When configuring StoreFront you receive error "Unable to Create Deployment". This issue occurred due to the StoreFront server name containing an underscore.
After upgrading to StoreFront 2203, Citrix Gateway Callback and/or XML communication fails This issue occurs if you upgrade StoreFront and have TLS 1.0 disabled prior to upgrading. It does not occur on a clean install or if TLS 1.0 is enabled. The issue is resolved in StoreFront 2203.1. Citrix StoreFront 2203. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX399424
After upgrading StoreFront from 7.15 to 2203 CU2 all applications are displayed on the landing page rather than in category view. Within Receiver for Web settings set the 'Category view' to 'Collapsed' and add code as described in the CTX article to the 'script.js' file. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX559036/storefront-2302-cu2-all-apps-are-now-showing-on-initial-landing-page-instead-of-categories-view
When logging on you receive a 'Cannot complete your request' error and in Event Logs you see Event ID 2: An unexpected response was received during the authentication process. The Citrix Default Domain Service was stopped.
After logging on to NetScaler you are prompted for authentication again by StoreFront. After authenticating again you receive a "Cannot complete your request" error and in Event Log on the StoreFront server is Event ID 23, which mentions "Gateway data from the request and the authentication token are not matching". The Event Log shows the request data headers are populated but the token data headers are blank. In StoreFront, the "Pass-through authentication from Citrix Gateway" method was removed from the affected Store, and remove access was disabled. These settings were then re-enabled which resolved the problem.

After working with Internet Explorer with Java and Flash to edit Business Objects reports for some hours, my window freeze when starting Java editor.
Normally a new window will then freeze in the same way.
Restarting Citrix on my PC with Windows 10 doens’t help.
    Any tips?
