The page is updated daily with new support articles and information. Articles will change from time and if information here is outdated or incorrect please let me know using the comments. Links may also expire or change so if you find broken links, please again let me know. For each issue, known product versions affected are recorded however that does not mean product versions that aren’t listed are not affected.

July 2, 2019I have the start menu issue too. Tried applying fixes which stated to exclude the “!ctx_localappdata!\Packages” and” !ctx_localappdata!\Microsoft\Windows\Usrclass.dat*” directories.
Also disabled the notifications bar for users – still did not fix it.
A reboot seems to fix it temporarily but after a few days it comes back again where clicking on the start menu does not do anything however right clicking on it works fine and I can still access stuff on the desktop.

I tried stopping the “!ctx_localappdata!\Microsoft\Windows\Usrclass.dat*” and the !ctx_localappdata!\Packages paths from syncning but still have issues
Has anyone got a fix

October 3, 2019I’ve got an issue with Clipboard redirection. We have 2012 R2 DDC with CVAD 7.15 LTSR. We are using MSC to create Desktop VMs. There is no issue with Windows 2008 and 2012 OS VDA’s.
When trying to copy-paste to 2016 VDA’s it’s not working. Is that require to have Windows Server 2016 DDC ? Just curious.

September 7, 2020As a guider, a StoreFront server could handle 30,000 user connections per hour, enumerating 100 published applications and starting one of them.
The StoreFront server was configured with two vCPU on an underlying Intel Xeon L5520 2.27 GHz processor.

December 28, 2020It depends on the underlying hardware, but Citrix achieved up to 30k connections per hour with each connection enumerating 100 published applications and launching one.
Single StoreFront server running 2 vCPUs on an Intel Xeon L5520 2.27 Ghz processor.

May 8, 2020Any one managed to fix the issue with StartMenu not responding for random users?? We recently migrated from UPM to fslogix and start menu issue has been resurfaced. I see lot of articles around the same issue but no solution seem to work with fslogix. Currently startmenu has been redirected to a network share for the customer and my plan is to remove the redirection and test out the issue but as the issue is random, its hard to troubleshoot.
